Job Description

The Coach USA Marketing Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing a broad range of consumer facing marketing projects including creating engaging content for the company website, email and social media platforms and coordinating integrated marketing efforts.

  • 1-3 years of experience in developing digital content
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms and managing the presence of a brand on social media.
  • Experience creating content for email service providers
  • The ability to develop fresh engaging content based upon research and branding guidelines for email marketing, social media and websites to entice and communicate with targeted audiences
  • An understanding of search engine optimization and creating keyword friendly content
  • A background in enhancing customer experience and/or evaluating lifetime customer value a plus
  • Experience working with a content management system a plus
  • Must possess creativity and innovation along with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to anticipate deadlines along with strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Must demonstrate excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Must present a willingness to work in a collaborative, flexible and team-oriented environment.
  • Must have an understanding of the latest digital and social trends
Primary responsibilities:
  • Work effectively as part of the Marketing team to create clear, concise and engaging content for digital advertising, promotional emails and social media
  • Ensure continuity and adherence to branding standards in company’s visual communications by utilizing a corporate style guide
  • Create reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Proofread content for errors or additions and ensure that content is accurate
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to set and meet KPIs
This is an onsite, full time position.
