Customer Service Specialist
 
Megabus.com is seeking self-motivated, detail oriented candidates to provide our customers with exceptional customer service.
 
 
 
Job Duties:
 

  • Resolve customer’s inquiries and complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Assist with placement of orders and compensation.
  • Advise on company policies and information.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal and team goals.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
 
and any other work reasonably required by management.

Requirements:
  • Bilingual 
  • High school diploma
  • Call Center/Help desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication  skills (written, verbal)
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications  (MS Word,  Excel)
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
