Evening P/T Customer Service Specialist
 
Megabus.com is seeking self-motivated, detail oriented candidates to provide our customers with exceptional customer service.
 
Job Types: Part-Time, hours during the week 5 PM-10 PM & flexible weekend schedule.
 
Job Duties:
 

  • Resolve customer’s inquiries and complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits to ensure resolution.
  • Strive to resolve issues at first contact
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Assist with placement of orders and compensation.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal and team goals.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Must be good at multitasking
and any other work reasonably required based on business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Able to provide good customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fast Learner
  • Problem solving ability
  • The ability to work flexible or changing schedules.
  • Good decision making skills.
  • The ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus!
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Strong communication  skills (written, verbal)
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications  (MS Word,  Excel)
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Ability to work as part of a team
